At fláir, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow size exchanges to ensure the best fit for you.
Exchange Policy (Size Only)
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
• Size Exchange Only: If you need a different size, you can exchange the product.
How It Works:
1. Initiate Exchange: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange.
2. Send It Back: Ship the original item back to us in unused, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags intact.
3. We Receive It: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
4. We Ship Your New Size: We’ll then ship your desired size back to you.
Please Note:
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Exchanges are only processed once the returned item is received and approved.
• If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
